QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY & EXCHANGE
When will you ship the package? How long will I get my order?
We will ship to the address that you entered via PayPal, so please make sure that your addres is correct and you have entered during checkout via PayPal.
Once payment has been processed we will endeavor to ship your goods either on the same, or following day (usually within 24 hours) unless otherwise advised. Occasionally there may be an error in our inventory system or an item may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you to let you know an approximate delivery date. In most cases you can expect delivery of your order within 7-14 days due to customs or your local post office delayed.
What country do you ship?
We ship to most of the countries except Italy, if you have any questions please contact our customer service.
Can I track or trace my order?
You can track your order status in your account page, normally we will leave you the tracking number via PayPal once the package is ready to send. Please contact us if you didn't get your tracking number.
Can I return / exchange the item?
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. When you want to return an item, and contact us by giving us your name, address, and details of the item, along with the reason for the return. We will then send you a reply with returns confirmation. All returns must be approved by SOHA WORLD. Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchase, we are more than happy to help.
We try to describe the product as accurately as possible, and photograph the item to try to capture the original colouring as close as possible, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase then SOHA WORLD will exchange the purchase price of any product under the following conditions:
- All products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- All products must be returned within five (5) days of purchase.
- In order for SOHA WORLD to accept your return we need instructions as to whether you wish to return or exchange the product/s.
- If the item you are returning is faulty then the product will be replaced and there will be no additional charge for delivery. Or if the item is out of stock the cost of the product will be refunded. Please let us know your preference.
Please note: Delivery charges will not be refunded, and exchange delivery costs and restocking fee (20% of the sales) are at the customers expense so please include the delivery cost with your return order.
Once we receive the returned items, we will email you within 72 hours. To avoid unnecessary delays all returned items must be accompanied with your name and email address and original receipt. We will not be held responsible for delays if the required information is not enclosed within your returned package.
QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT
What kind of payment methods?
We do not store any of your credit card details and have no access to your credit card information at any time, so all transaction will be settled by PayPal. We do accept PayPal (Credit cards) only for International orders.
For Hong Kong orders, we do accept bank transfer, cheque and PayPal.

What if I have lost / forgot my password?
You can simply click this link to reset your password, the new password will be sent to your registered email immediately and you can change your password later.
How can I get more discount? What is reward points? How can I use it?
You can get discount if you earned reward points from your previous purchases. Most of our items offer reward points, so you will able to receive discount as a vouchure for your next purchase. Please visit Loyalty Program for information.
